PRIMA (Patient Resource for Information on Medicines & Adherence) is a digital tool designed to help patients in Singapore better understand their medications using trusted information from sources such as SGH and HealthHub. By reading medication documents and organising the information into a clear, personalised guide, PRIMA helps patients follow their treatment more confidently and stay on track with their medicines. PRIMA supports patients in understanding when and how to take their medicines and what to expect, while working alongside — not replacing — their healthcare team.

- Date of prescription or dispensing

PRIMA does not require you to enter your NRIC, FIN, passport number, or any government-issued ID. Your name is optional and used only to personalise your medication guide within this session. If your medication document contains personal identifiers, you may redact or cover them before uploading.
By using PRIMA, you acknowledge and agree that:
– The Cyberpharmacy Futurist (TCF) and its owner do not collect, store, or process any personal data entered into or uploaded onto PRIMA.
– Any personal information uploaded is done entirely at your own discretion and risk.
– TCF and its owner accept no liability for any personal data disclosed, uploaded, or exposed through your use of this tool, including any unintended data leakage arising from third-party platforms or services that power PRIMA.
– You are responsible for ensuring that any documents uploaded do not contain sensitive personal identifiers you wish to keep private.
