Cookies
If you leave a comment on this site you may opt-in to saving your name, email address and website in cookies. These are for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details again when you leave another comment. These cookies will last for one year. If you visit the login page, we will set a temporary cookie to determine if your browser accepts cookies. This cookie contains no personal data and is discarded when you close your browser. When you log in, we will also set up several cookies to save your login information and your screen display choices. Login cookies last for two days, and screen options cookies last for a year. Embedded Content From Other Websites
Articles on this site may include embedded content (e.g. videos, images, articles, etc.). Embedded content from other websites behaves in the exact same way as if the visitor has visited the other website. These websites may collect data about you, use cookies, embed additional third-party tracking, and monitor your interaction with that embedded content, including tracking your interaction with the embedded content if you have an account and are logged in to that website.
AI Tools and Third-Party Services
This website hosts AI-powered tools built on third-party platforms, including large language model (LLM) services and chatbot infrastructure providers. When you interact with these tools, your inputs — including any text, images, or documents you upload — may be processed by these third-party services. TCF does not store, collect, or retain any inputs submitted to AI tools hosted on this website. However, third-party platforms powering these tools may process your data in accordance with their own privacy policies. Users are encouraged to review the privacy policies of relevant third-party providers before use. TCF and its owner accept no responsibility for data processed by third-party AI platforms as a result of your voluntary use of these tools.
Health Information and Document Uploads
Some tools on this website allow users to upload documents containing health-related information, including medication lists, prescriptions, and discharge documents. Users are advised that such uploads are made entirely at their own discretion and risk. TCF does not store or retain any uploaded documents or health information. Users should redact or remove sensitive personal identifiers — such as NRIC, FIN, passport numbers, or patient IDs — from documents before uploading. TCF and its owner accept no liability for any health or personal information disclosed through voluntary uploads to tools on this website.
